Inventory has become very low, and we are seeing more and more people looking for both long and short term rental options. We have helped clients find and secure their ideal property while working with Landlords and Listing agents to overcome barriers that some tenants find themselves up against.

Listing Your Home
When it comes to listing your home, there are so many challenges along the way. Pricing, Preparation, Staging, Where to market, How to market, What is a good price for my home? Add in the fact that there are over 30,000 other Realtors in the GTA and where do you go?
I like to set myself apart from everyone else based on how we operate. I do not run a production line, you are not just a pay cheque to me. We are here for you whenever you need us.
Coming from a contracting background, we have the unique ability to take on any preparation that you home may need from minor repairs, painting, or major renos. We have the experience to know what buyers are looking for and the ability to work with you to minimize cost. Keeping all of the preparation "in house" allows us to get more done for less money and we can create a plan where none of those costs are paid up front leaving more money in your pocket for upcoming moving expenses, a vacation to relax once the sale is complete or whatever you like.
We know how challenging this time can be so we aim to make the selling process as simple, easy and stress free as we can.
Buying
Buying, especially if you are a first time buyer can seem fairly straightforward, until you start looking. The last few months have shown many, how important it is to have a real estate agent working with you and helping you navigate the waters. There are so many steps required before you even step first into your first showing so we try to help educate our clients on what is important, set them up with the right and trusted people so that when we find the home of their dreams, we are ready and able to put our best foot forward.
As with everything we do, we try to make sure that you are comfortable, informed and know what the process is so that there are little to no surprises along the way.
